Before I Forget, Lord...

My heart has been overloaded with gratitude, day after day. Life has many bumps on the road and I’ve made it over them because of the faith I’ve been blessed with. There are so many things to be thankful for and I’m afraid I’ll forget. 

I wanted to post about some of them in depth, but for now, I am very grateful for, not in any particular order:

- The right doctors at the right time

- The right mechanic at the right time

- Good friends

- Opportunities to help others, whether in large or small ways

- My home and the community it is in

- Silkie, whose need for me keeps me going

- Reasonably good health in spite of some issues

- Faith

Sweet Lord Jesus, we are told to go to the Father through you. I’m asking now that you convey my thanks to him for everything he has done for me. I haven’t forgotten and I am grateful but I am human and sometimes life gets in the way of even something like this. Thank you!
