About the car:
It was the alternator - they have lots of copper wire inside
them and mine was pitch black - anyhow, they also noticed the serpentine belt
was almost shot (could cause lots of troubles if it went suddenly), and the
alternator also drained the new battery. So, the battery was under warranty, so
no cost to just replace that with a fresh one; replaced the belt; replaced the
alternator. Tow guy got me there before 8; was back home before 10:30.
Oncologist:
Must get some blood work done and see radiologist in two
weeks. Not sure whether I’ll bother with the estrogen blockers and/or radiation
- I am not getting the answers I need to help me decide. I have a follow-up next Monday
with the lumpectomy surgeon and will try again for some straight answers.
