Worried About Refrigerator

Worrying that fridge has gone “out” - not as cold inside as it should be; turned it colder but at this time of year, should be turning it down. Trying to remember how long ago I heard it go on - it's only 5 years old but no longer under warranty...too much to do today and not sure who to even call to check it out. Hmmm.
