Adjusting to Changes in Plans

Strange day, it was. Car trouble to begin, car trouble resolved more easily than expected, and even a chance to see an old friend (the friend’s not “old,” but the friendship is). I did hate to cancel our Friday morning charity crafter meeting but the car was my priority task.

Later, I still had the energy and presence of mind to sit and roll my 150 newsletters for this month’s delivery.

Tomorrow, I’ll head out early to do half of them, and Sunday I’ll do the other half. That way, I get my monthly exercise by walking and rubber-banding them to porch railings. Weather is delightful for that this weekend.

For the next two weeks, I will be putting a lot of time into hunting and gathering for the upcoming park wide yard sale. I want to put out everything from tons of hangers to craft supplies.

At least I’m still moving along.
