Right now, I have 9 each in the freezer of my crock pot
chili, ham and pinto beans, and chicken veggie soup. I hope to eventually have
8 different meals saved like that. It will be great to just yank something out
that is home made when I just do not feel like cooking during our 118 degree
summer days.
Over the next week, I will at least put up a batch of
stuffed cabbage rolls. I’m still toying with my other options.
I really, really love my crock pot... but I also really, really need to defrost my upright freezer very, very soon (sigh).
