Too Sad to Write

So sorry to say I am too sad to write tonight. My sister, my “baby” sister, 68 yrs old, is in ICU with a collapsed lung and is in critical condition. She is a whole state away. My thoughts and my prayers are on her tonight. She has been in the hospital 20 times within the last 3 years, 14 of those times were for pneumonia, so you can see her lungs are already weak. Right now, her pressure is very low and she isn’t speaking but she is nodding responses. She has endured much suffering this past few years, more than most folks. My heart aches for her.

Dear God, please do whatever is best for her this time around, whether it is to end her suffering or whether it is to heal her once more; I trust your merciful and loving judgment.
