Prayers Needed for Two People with Cancer

A friend just asked me to request prayers. She said: "I will ask of you and your prayer chain for prayers. Two people close to me recently diagnosed with cancer. Laurie and George."

I don't think there is any one of us who has not known someone with cancer. We all know not only what the disease does to folks, but often the treatment is invasive and troublesome as well.

Please keep these two people in your prayers for a good medical team, proper treatment, and help for them and those who love them, along the way.

Sweet Lord Jesus, we ask for your compassion and mercy and healing, and any grace needed to deal with this situation. As we often ask, please bless those who pray for the well being of those they do not even know. Jesus, we trust in you!
