The Hitch in my Get-Along

I’m turning in a little early tonight. I did get the most important to-do things done for today. Spent 2-1/2 hours at the food pantry. At home, it takes me a few trips from the car, up the back steps, and into the house. Then it’s separating the treasures, rinsing that which needs rinsing, freezing others, and so forth. That’s usually another hour.

The thing is, normally I handle this well. But this new hitch in my get-along is slowing me down. I’m still not sure of the cause. I took 2 Tylenol the one day and was great. But I do not want to get into a long-term routine of doing 15 minutes of exercise on the recumbent stationery bike, causing an issue, taking pills, and perhaps doing long-term mis-alignment issues for myself.

I’m not savvy enough to know if I’ve got the pedals too close or too far away, or anything of that sort.
So, for the moment, I’ll just turn in a bit early. And I’ll pray for wisdom in knowing what to do and when to do it.

Sweet Lord Jesus, I ask for guidance in this matter. I’d like to think you’ve guided me to my routine of 15 minutes a day on that bike. I enjoy the bike. That doesn’t bother me. But I’m not sure of this issue that is slowing me down. I’ll turn this over to you and trust your solution. Thank you.
