Bookmarks, Strawberries, and Yogurt, Oh, My..

.
This was a day of odd accomplishments, but I’m still happy for those.

Two of the food pantries I visit once a month are sponsored by churches. One of those I’ve dealt with for a few years. I have no way of thanking them for all they do. But they do love my laminated bookmarks. So this morning, I grabbed some cardstock that I still had, and printed 36 of several Christian-based bookmarks. I laminated those, cut them apart (they print 4 to a page), punched a hole at the top of each, and slipped in a ribbon on each. I’ll be able to give them to the fellow in charge tomorrow when I go over there.

I also managed to grab the 2 lbs. of strawberries in the fridge, trim them, rinse them, and put them within easy reach in the fridge. I did that just in time. They’ve been in there for a few days but I only really lost 2 berries - that’s not bad.

I also managed to grab my mom’s old Osterizer blender and make a batch of yogurt with plain yogurt, a can of beets, and some apricots. I packed it into 4 peanut butter jars, so now they are also ready to enjoy whenever...

I tucked in the ends on 3 pairs of gloves for the homeless and the ends on a scarf.

Looking back, it wasn’t bad at all...
Rolling along....
