Another Somewhat Productive Day

I love it when I can look back on a day and really see that I’ve done something. Today, I did some things I had not planned but which needed doing.

I planned to do one load of laundry, my personal clothes. I did those. Then I stripped the bed and grabbed a few other things and tossed them into a second load. Then I grabbed all my soft house slippers and two little mini-pillows, and tossed those into a third load.

On top of that, I also folded all own stuff and put them away. I flipped my twin mattress and then put on the clean things. That was so great.

Because of the heat outside, and the activity, I was warm by the time it was done. Those post-lumpectomy hormone pills don’t help either. They make me feel dewy and damp all the time. Anyhow, when all the busiest stuff was done, I enjoyed a really great shower.

Along the way, I made a batch of Jello. I get bored with one flavor so I always mix 1 small box of two different flavors, sugar-free. It fills a 2 lb. deli container which will taste great this week off and on. I will be very glad I did that.

Not bad; not the greatest, but not bad.
Rolling along...
