There are two patterns I love
for making prayer shawls and this is one of them - the Iris pattern. This one,
with lots of purple, will help perk up anyone needing its warm, soft comfort.
It’s larger than most - for a smaller person, it’s almost like having a small
blanket to wrap around them, and for a larger person, one of the few sized to

The Pattern is an old one that one of our Friday morning charity crafters has used for years and one of the two we use a lot for our charity crafting because for any reasonably experience crocheter, it is so easy and repetitive. I've looked online for a copy of the leaflet it was in, but it is from the 70s, I think, so we are all very carefully preserving our copies of it (lol). Hugs and prayers Evie
