Oooops - Bigger Prayers Needed

Ok, most of you know that a free A/C check under my mobile home a couple of weeks ago also showed a sprinkly water pipe under the home. Today I finally got a handyman I know in here to crawl under and let me know how bad it is. I had to wait until after my SS came in so I could pay him if it was an affordable fix.

Bad news - my home is a ’78. All the piping is galvanized metal. It is so badly corroded that as much as my friend would love the work and money, it is beyond his scope. I need a licensed plumber and my friend estimates it would cost at least $1500 because the whole line, from the feed-in, to the other end, should be replaced. One of my faucets already runs a bit rusty when first turned on.

Anyhow, I guess what I need is a plumber who will finance it for me. That is ALL I am asking, just the prayers.

Meanwhile, remember my asking about the car and the tie-rods? Not even an hour after I sent that out, a dear friend got in touch. This friend knows a former car mechanic. They are taking care of the outer tie-rods for me - I cannot believe how much the Lord blessed me. I cannot imagine how to thank these two young men for the help they are offering. May God bless then abundantly, in ways they can’t even dream of.

For those of you offering suggestions - Yes, I have considered a roommate but that has to wait until plumbing is fixed and until I de-clutter and completely re-arrange this place to make it workable for a companion. Yes, I have considered selling and moving out but that, too, has to wait. I would have to deal with finding affordable housing (one without vermin). It would take a lot of labor for me to make the move and de-clutter at the same time. That is something for down-the-line. I know I have options like that but they are not things that can be done immediately. Thank you for caring.

Father, I know my friends will offer a prayer to you on my behalf. I will wait patiently while you work this out. I have complete faith in you.
