A lot of you know I am in a bad spot right now and you are offering suggestions. As always when dealing with someone in their 70s who has been around the block, you must realize that many of them are things I have already considered and disregarded from one reason or another. It doesn't mean I won't do one or more of them down the line. It just means that at this moment, it would cost me more stress than I already have, or that I need to do a lot of things first in order to take advantage of this option or that one. It doesn't mean I don't appreciate the thoughts...Thanks for caring enough to offer the advice...and please don't think I am ungrateful for it...
