Handmade Christmas Gift Ideas - Peacock Tee

You will not believe how easy it is to create this peacock tee shirt. This came to me in one of my daily CraftGossip e-newsletters. It is an exclusive by Cheri Heaton and was posted on ILoveToCreate. The tutorial link is here. This is part of our ongoing series (9/21-12/24) of handmade Christmas gift ideas.

Cheri created this for her daughter, but I think we grownups are just as worthy of something this pretty.

The process she used can easily be used to embellish any fabric item: backpack, tote, tee, and more. With her technique, we could easily adorn these products and give them as gifts to both guys and gals on our list. All we need to do is select the appropriate colors and appropriate design.

I had no idea the products she used even existed. These creative tools are amazing. They are also incredibly easy to work with. I've got to check out the color choices.

For other projects in my series, just look along the right sidebar for the label "Christmas Gift Projects." I hope to post only tips that do not require knitting, crocheting, machine sewing, tatting, embroidery, or any other skilled technique.
