I like that she has a graphic showing exactly, I mean "exactly," how to assemble the clock. For anyone who has never, ever made a clock before, this is a blessing.
In addition, she includes step-by-step photos of how to put the project together. She even explains how to cut the burlap flush with the hoop when it is finished.
These would make great gifts for anybody, any age, on your list. That includes seniors, teens, and even youngsters (for their rooms).
Do yourself a favor and read the entire explanation first, and don't think you can just do it from one photo. Valerie includes some tips that make it a little easier because she took the pain out of the first try.
The photo is from her post.
For other projects in my series, just look along the right sidebar for the label "Christmas Gift Projects." I hope to post only tips that do not require knitting, crocheting, machine sewing, tatting, embroidery, or any other skilled technique.
