I figure to make some of this for my middle-aged nephew, but I do plan to also make a separate jar for myself. I have to guarantee that I will have some when I want a nice fresh glass of ginger ale. I have a feeling this could be addictive. The wonderful thing is that we all know fresh ginger is ever so good for us, for ever so many reasons.
Another plus is that it is really easy to make. Vanessa gives us a tip on how she plans to change her next batch just a bit, and I will probably try both versions. I cannot wait to buy some fresh ginger this weekend.
With the holidays coming up so soon, this is perfect timing. Sparkling homemade ginger ale over crystal ice cubes - how decadently delish!
The photo is from Vanessa's post.
For other projects in my series, just look along the right sidebar for the label "Christmas Gift Projects." I hope to post only tips that do not require knitting, crocheting, machine sewing, tatting, embroidery, or any other skilled technique.
