Charity Crafters - 2 yrs old April 3!

This coming month, our charity crafting group is two years old (April 3, 2009). We can't believe we have hand made and distributed all the following:

Homeless
256 hats
99 scarves
115 prs gloves
31 ear warmers

Nursing Home:
68 lapghans
80 shawls
2 afghans

Preemies:
66 shirts
42 hats
30 booties

Newborns:
37 blankets
24 hats
23 shirts
9 booties
4 prs mittens

Plus, 18 mini-baskets Easter 2010, and 150 Christmas mini-baskets, Christmas 2010. These were all crocheted, and we filled them with little goodies, all for a local nursing home.

It doesn't include some things that we didn't "make" but which someone else made, and the item(s) needed "finishing off."

It doesn't count items donated, which we distributed.

We have really enjoyed doing these and hope to be able to do this for a long time to come.
