Yesterday I read the most inspiring blog post I’ve seen in quite a while. I’d quote part of it but the way it leads up to the point would be spoiled that way. It really must be read from the beginning. It is not very long, just a few paragraphs. Yet it made such an impression on me. I’ve mentioned this blog before. The name of it might cause some folks to decide it has nothing to offer them but in truth, it is for all people of faith - www.spiritualmotherhood.blogspot.com. You need to read the October 1, 2008 post, “Do you talk to God?”
It began with talking to God and made its way into what I think of as spiritual growth. I know the principles that Shelly writes about but she had a way of putting it that reached me deep in my soul. I just re-read it now, so that it was fresh in my mind for this post, and like the first time, it made me tingle when she describes God’s words.
You owe yourself the blessing of reading this one. Either use the URL I posted in here, or click on the link on my blog home page. I don’t think you’ll regret the 2 or 3 minutes it takes to read it. And I don’t think you’ll forget what you've read in a hurry.

Thank you so much for your kind words. Just when I am growing weary, I read your blog and I am renewed again. Knowing the the words that God has placed upon my heart have such an impact on someone else gives me the courage to press on.
