Crochet, New Crock Pot, and Arches

The weekend went well as did Monday. I did quite a bit of food prep and that 2 qt crock pot I got from that QVC gift card arrived. Can't wait to try it out. I worked on some charity crafting projects along the way.

However I did get off track on my recumbent exercise bike and I hope to get back on it starting tomorrow again. I miss how I feel afterwards.

After all those ads on TV, I finally ordered those Copper Fit ArchFitPlus wraparound arch supports but I ordered from Walmart (cheaper) and I ordered 2 pair so I could be wearing a pair while laundering the other pair. Can't wait to see how they feel. I've had flat feet since I was a little girl and at this age, unless I'm wearing good inserts or "Skechers Arch Fit" shoes, I end up mostly limping/shuffling through the house and not really walking. Skechers started their arch-support line about a year ago.

The good thing is there has been no new crisis so, as you all know I am sure, we enjoy the break between the bumps on life's road.
