Friend with Fractured Hip in Hospital has Covid as Well!

Please keep this woman in your heart and prayers. Back on Jan. 26 (link here), we asked for prayers when she fell in her home. Since then, they found the hip was fractured and she underwent surgery on Thursday. This evening, she sent me an email from her phone telling me: "I have covid. No taste, no smell. I sleep as much as I can. Only awake a few minutes a day."

This woman has several other medical issues as well and is in her late 60s. Too many complications. So I'm hoping and praying she pulls out of all this. She is in much pain, possibly from the surgery, and they have her on morphine. No one is allowed to visit her. She did get at least 2 vaccine shots, I think. Not sure about booster.

PLEASE say a wee prayer for her? This one really worries me because of all the issues working against her.

Sweet Lord Jesus, you know this woman and how she does for others. We are worried about her on many levels and need you to look compassionately upon her. Please guide her medical team in every way possible and heal her in every way you can. Jesus, we trust in you!
