Surprise Donation Today

Last week at our Friday morning Charity Crafting session, one of my neighbors stopped by and said a lady from his church had made a few lap throws but didn’t know where to take them. He told her he’d ask us. We said we’d be happy to put them with the ones we give out to the local needy.

Today, he knocked on my door and dropped them off. It wasn’t just a few. He had four big bags. Each one contained four decent-sized lap throws. That’s at least 16 of them. What a wonderful surprise addition to the things we have already made and accumulated.

I can’t wait to give them out - we’ll probably do that sometime just before Easter.
