I’m always awed by the many ways a theme can be used in all the different crafting media and designs. Take the “angel.”
I have seen filet crochet angels, fridgie angels, angels as the center of afghan squares, angel pins, angel wooden hangings, angel fabric prints, clothespin angels, and on and on.
It is amazing how creative we can be. Today, we even have more tools and materials with which to work. That means we can be even more creative with how we use a theme. If we love something, angels, roses, dogs or cats, cows, occupations - whatever - we can work that theme in just about any media we can imagine. Isn’t it wonderful?
